摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual lift which can increase the elevation/lowering speed of a door body by making maximum use of operator's operating force to a maximum without relying on electric power. SOLUTION: The manual lift 1 provided for a sluice operating device is formed of an input shaft 4 extending from a manual handle 3, a driving shaft 5 for elevating/lowering the door body, and a change gear mechanism 6 arranged between the input shaft 4 and the driving shaft 5, for manually changing the speed of the door body. When the door body is manually elevated/lowered, particularly in a zone where a necessary load transmitted from the door body becomes lower, the manual handle 3 is squeezed to switch the change gear mechanism 6 to a state where a first driving gear 7 of the input shaft 4 is in mesh with a fourth driving gear 10 of the driving shaft 5, and then the manual handle 3 is rotated. Thus rotational driving force from the manual handle 3 is transmitted to the driving shaft 5 in an accelerated manner, and therefore the door body can be elevated/lowered in a more accelerated manner than ever.
