PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener of a gable beam generally used and suppressing increase in cost and having excellent workability without depending on a cross sectional shape and an inclined angle of the inclined beam. SOLUTION: A horizontally finished bottom surface B is formed near a lower end of the inclined beam 33 and the bottom surface B is mounted on an upper surface P of a supporting member to enable the lower end of the inclined beam 33 to be received by the supporting member such as a beam 31. A groove 17 is provided on the bottom surface B of the inclined beam 33, and a blade 6 of a metal piece 1 is inserted into the groove 17, and a fixing pin 11 penetrating the inclined beam 33 and the blade 6 is driven thereto. A shaft 3 is embedded in the supporting member such as the beam 31 from the upper surface P and a drift pin 12 penetrating the supporting member and the shaft 3 is driven thereto.
