When the taper directions are the same, the dividing angle to a change amount of a command taper angle is obtained from the command taper angle, the displacement of a fulcrum and the allowable error so that the correction amount is within the allowable error, and the change amount is divided by the dividing angle to determine the number of divisions. The program locus is equally divided by the determined number of divisions to obtain the correction amount in the horizontal direction at each dividing point, and correct the relative position.
