PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply replace a finger chuck without using a tool. SOLUTION: A shaft part 5a of the finger chuck 5 is inserted in a sleeve part 4a of a feed rod 3, a recessed part 5b is formed in the shaft part, a through hole 4b corresponding to the recessed part is formed in the sleeve part, a spherical body 8 is inserted in the through hole, the sleeve part is covered with an operating cylinder 9, the interior of the operating cylinder is provided with an inner peripheral surface 9b for pressing the spherical body to the inside of the recessed part and a cut-off port 9a recessed to the outside of the recessed part, and a projection 10a for holding the operating cylinder in the state of pressing the spherical body to the inside of the recessed part on the inner peripheral surface and an engagement groove 13b are provided on the sleeve part and the operating cylinder. Both ends of the engagement groove are closed by closing ends 16, 17. A guide groove 13a is provided extending from the closed end of the engagement groove to the trailing end 18 in the circumferential direction of the operating cylinder. When the operating cylinder is turned to slide the projection from the trailing end to the closed end in the guide groove, the operating cylinder presses the spherical body, and subsequently when the operating cylinder is slid in the axial direction and the projection is slid to the closed end in the engagement groove, the operating cylinder is held in the state of pressing the spherical body to the inside of the recessed part.
