PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the value of a work as a product, also to shorten the working time and to prevent the damage of a machine main body by preventing the generation of obstruction such as burrs in the case the working of a prepared hole by punching the work and downward burring work by downward extruding and forming of the prepared hole are performed in one step. SOLUTION: A punching die P comprises a punching tip 42 provided with a punching part 47 and a forming part 48, and a dieing die D comprises the die main body 52 provided with a lifting member 53 on which an inserting hole 55 into which the punching part 47 on the side of the punching tip 42 is inserted. The upper end part 2 of the inserting hole 55 is provided below the top part 3 of the lifting member 53 and a space part 1 having a prescribed shape is formed between the upper end part 2 and the top part 3.
