PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the correct weight of powder when compacting the powder by a green compact compacting device. SOLUTION: A frame body 44 is placed on a saucer 116 in a load cell 46 via a placing plate 82. When the frame body 44 is released from the suspension of a guide rail 68, the total weight of the frame body 44 and the placing plate 82 is added to the load cell 46 as a load. In this state, iron based alloy powder is introduced into the frame body 44, and the additional weight displayed by the load cell 46 is read out, thus the weight of the iron based alloy powder is obtained.
