PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator for metal ion water in which mounting and dismounting of electrodes can be performed easily without trouble even if the frequency of replacement of the electrodes is high. SOLUTION: The metal ion water generator 3 is equipped with: a first tube 8 and second tube 9 as flow passage tubes each having an inflow port at one end, an outflow port at another end, and a flow passage communicating the inflow port and the outflow port; a pair of the metallic electrodes 11 extended along the flow passage tube and arranged to face each other within the first tube 8 and the second tube 9; and a juncture 15 mounted on the metallic electrodes 11, A through-hole into which the juncture 15 can be inserted is formed at the tube wall of the first tube 8. The tube wall is so divided as to cross the flow passage. The position P of the tube wall of the flow passage tube formed with the through-hole is in proximity to the position Q where the tube wall of the flow passage tube is divided to the first tube 8 and the second tube 9.
