Medical instrument (4,7) with an asymmetrical microcrater (2) in its outer surface and at least one medicament holding fatty acid layer (5,8) for lyophilization and slow release of medicament. The medicament can be:Verapamil, lacidipine, Paclitaxel, Fluvastatin, Simvastatin, or a combination of these. The medicament in the fatty acid layer can be mixed with acetone.
