摘要 <p>Magnetic field (11) sensor has a first Hall probe (13), with a first entrance and a first exit, which is so designed that the first Hall current flows in the first Hall current direction when a first input signal is applied to the first entrance. The first Hall probe supplies a first output signal (S1) at the first exit, which depends on the magnetic field and the first input signal. A second hall probe (15) is so arranged respective to the first hall probe that the first hall current direction (19) differs from the second hall current direction (21). The second hall probe supplies a second output signal (S2) at the second exit, which depends upon the magnetic field and the second input signal. A third hall probe (17) is so arranged respective to the first and second hall probes that the third hall current direction (23) differs from the first and second hall current directions. The third hall probe supplies a third output signal (S3) at the third exit, which depends upon the magnetic field and the third input signal. The first, second and third hall probes are integrated on a chip.</p>
