The invention concerns a pool of terminals of a communication network comprising a conference bridge server, each terminal (1) being adapted to initiate a conference by setting up a connection with said conference bridge server present on the network, said conference bridge server including conferencing means enabling to establish communication, on a common conference bridge, between several terminals simultaneously connected to the conference bridge server. The terminal further comprises a control member (11) which, when actuated, causes a connection to be set up between the terminal (1) and the conference bridge server and the terminal to communicate on a conference bridge.
