摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection technique capable of minimizing the generation of over-detection caused by variation within a normal range, by preparing an averaged reference image summation-averaged with a large number of printed board images within the normal range, in an inspection device for imaging printed boards by a one-dimensional image sensor to conduct visual inspection. <P>SOLUTION: This inspection device comprises an imaging means provided with the one-dimensional image sensor with pixel arrangement along an X-axial direction and a Y-table orthogonal to an X-axis, and for moving the board or the one-dimensional image sensor relatively along a Y-axis to acquire a board whole-face image, a storage means for storing the board image, an image-averaging means for summation-averaging the same pixel output values of the plurality of board whole-face images to prepare the averaged reference image, an image processing means provided with a difference processing algorithm for processing a difference between the averaged reference image stored in the storage means and the same pixel output value of a specimen image, and for detecting the difference-generated pixel as a different pixel, and a display means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
