<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which is effective for producing powder particles having high aggregation preventing property. <P>SOLUTION: The powder particles 200 is characterized in that a fluoroalkyl group 220 originating in a fluoroalkyl silane is partially formed on the surface 212 of a carbon nanotube 210. The adsorption of moisture in the atmosphere on the powder particles 220 is suppressed by the water-repellent action of the fluoroalkyl group 220, and the aggregation of the powder particles 200 caused by liquid cross-linking is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
