<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of dust and leakage of a lubricant; and to reduce torque. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing is provided with: an inner ring 21; an outer ring 22; a plurality of rolling bodies (balls) 24 arranged between the outer ring 22 and the inner ring 21; retainers 23 for guiding and retaining the rolling bodies 24 at equal intervals; and contact type seal members 30 mounted between the outer ring 22 and the inner ring 21. The seal member 30 is composed of a cored bar 31 and seals 32 and 33 made of rubber. A seal lip 35 is formed on the inner ring side of each of the seals 32 and 33. Dimple-like recessed parts 36 are formed on a contact surface of the seal lip 35 to the inner ring 21, and a solid lubrication material coating 37 is formed on the recessed parts 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
