<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power generated by a wind power generator to a system power supply side. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power is generated by a wind power generating portion 10, and a phase control signal S3 is generated by a phase control signal generating portion 16 according to an electric power value of the generated electric power (a DC voltage). Moreover, a synchronous control signal S2 is generated by a synchronizing portion 15 based on an AC voltage E1 and a frequency F1 at the system power supply side, and the electric power supplied from the wind power generating portion 10 is converted into a predetermined AC voltage E2 based on the phase control signal S3 and the synchronous control signal S2, then the converted AC voltage E2 is supplied to system power supply through a connecting portion 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
