<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a device configuration, and reducing reduction in processing speed due to bus conflict, without increasing the number of components for bus control. <P>SOLUTION: A system control section 2150 controlling input/output operation of image data performed, with respect to an external device such as scanner 2070 or printer 2095, and image processing sections 1 and 2 performing predetermined image processing to image data are provided. A ring form connection is made among the image processing section 1, image processing section 2, and system control section 2150 by an image ring 2008.
