<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval display device allowing a retriever to easily select a desired folder name by displaying a next candidate folder name along an operation direction inside a limited display screen together with a selection desired folder name. <P>SOLUTION: This retrieval display device has: an ascending order direction reading part and a descending order direction reading part receiving a display line number signal stored in a display line number part and an operation direction signal from a storage and operation direction distinction part, and reading a folder name from a folder name storage part; and a mark position change part changing a mark position depending on whether an operation direction is an ascending order direction or a descending order direction. A display folder name production processing part attaches a mark to the selection desired folder name positioned in a front end line of the operation direction, and produces a display folder name such that a next candidate folder is displayed on the display screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
