CORE MEMBER FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF MOLDED PRODUCT MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth cylindrical part thermal crystallizing treatment process especially high in productivity for the purpose of enhancing the pulling-out properties of a core member for regulating the shrink deformation in a heat treatment process of a molded product made of a synthetic resin and stably heating the molded product made of the synthetic resin from the inside by the core member, and a container having the heat-resistant mouth cylindrical part excellent in dimensional precision.

SOLUTION: In the heat treatment process of the molded product made of the synthetic resin, a thin film due to a plasma CVD method is formed to the outer peripheral surface of the core member inserted in the molded product when used so as to be capable of being pulled out of the molded product.
