<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material film for polarizing plate protection which develops electric conductivity of a high level regardless of a humidity change, excels in antifouling property, smoothness and transparency and is further amazingly provided with oligomer precipitation suppressiveness in combination as well. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film is provided with laminated films consisting of an acrylic resin having a composition (A) and 12-25C alkyl chains on at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin film, in which the composition (A) is at least a composition composed of polythiophene and polyanion and/or a composition composed of a polythiophene derivative and polyanion.
