PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of resin boots constituted so as to largely form the wall thickness of a valley part using an injection blow molding method while preventing the wall thickness of a mountain part from becoming excessively large. SOLUTION: A second split outer mold, wherein the protrusion height of at least a part of a top part becomes less than both side parts which hold the top part, is used at least in one valley forming part and the flow of a softened parison is allowed to cause interference in the region between a pair of interfering parts comprising both side parts holding the top part in a second blow process.
