PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-assemble actuator in which the size can be reduced by thinning the central protrusion of an E-shaped yoke. SOLUTION: An image blurring compensator 30 of a digital camera 10 drives a correction lens 20A by an X motor 34 and a Y motor 38 of a voice coil motor. Yoke 52 of the X motor 34 is formed into E-shape and constituted by combining substantially U-shaped metal bodies 57 and 59. The metal body 57 has a residual portion 57A and a notch portion 57B on the surface opposing the metal body 59 wherein the residual portion 57A and the cut portion 57B are arranged, respectively, at the cut portion 59A and the residual portion 59B of the metal body 59.
