PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge power accumulated in a temporary accumulation means such as a capacitor. SOLUTION: This power control device of a vehicle comprises: a first connection/disconnection means 21 that connects an electric apparatus 12 and a high-voltage power feeding means 13 that temporarily accumulates power in a connectable and non-connectable manner, and is connected to a load resistor 22 in series thereto; a second connection/disconnection means 19 that is connected to the first connection/disconnection means 21 and the load resistor 22 in parallel therewith, and connects the electric apparatus 12 and the high-voltage power feeding means 13 in a connectable and non-connectable manner; a third connection/disconnection means 23 that connects the load resistor 22 and the temporary accumulation means 15 in a connectable and non-connectable manner; and a connection /disconnection control means 18 that controls the first to the third connection/disconnection means 21, 19 and 23. The first and the second connection/disconnection means 21, 19 are set in disconnected states when they do not receive control from the connection/disconnection means 18, and the third connection/disconnection means 19 is set in a connected state when it does not receive the control form the connection/disconnection means 18.
