PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is difficult for a stroboscopic device performing bounce photographing to perform easy bounce photographing when a camera is held in a vertical position. SOLUTION: A junction part fixing a reflecting plate and an emitting device serves as a reflecting plate support part that is freely rotatable. A method for fixing the reflecting plate support part and the reflecting plate uses a mechanism by which the reflecting plate is easily attached or detached and is rotated at a predetermined angle around the reflecting plate support part. This makes the reflecting plate freely movable and therefore eliminates inconvenience in bounce photographing when the camera is in a vertical position.
