PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pillar-beam joining hardware made of cast steel for joining a steel frame pillar and a steel frame beam having excellent weldability and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The pillar-beam joining hardware made of cast steel for joining a steel frame pillar and a steel frame beam has chemical components comprising, by weight,≤0.18% carbon (C),≤0.55% silicon (Si),≤1.60% manganese (Mn),≤0.020% phosphorous (P) and≤0.008% sulfur (S), and in which a weld cracking sensitivity composition (PCM) satisfies≤0.29, and further, PCME=Cu/20+Ni/60+Cr/20+Mo/15+V/10+5B expressed by the weight ratio of copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), vanadium (V) and boron (B) satisfies PCME≤0.028.
