PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for coating on a joint of a joining part where a highly elastic sealing material is filled, in which the coating film formed on the joint can follow displacement of the sealing material, contamination by residual tack of the sealing material is prevented, and dust or the like can be removed by washing with water or by rainfall even if the dust or the like is attached thereon. SOLUTION: The top coat composition for the sealing material capable of following displacement of the sealing material and having contamination-preventive properties comprises an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A) and an acrylate and/or methacrylate (B) having polyoxyethylene chains (-[C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O]<SB>n</SB>-; n indicates a degree of polymerization) in the molecule. By such constitution, excellent coating film can be obtained which compatibilizes followability to displacement of the sealing material and contamination-preventive properties.
