PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device for a vehicle having such a structure as able to lessen noise emission even if the structure includes two fans coupled with one motor. SOLUTION: The blowing device is equipped for a vehicle with an inner air intake 7a installed approximately in the center across the vehicle width of the inside of an instrument panel 10 in the car-mounted condition and for taking in the air from inside the cabin, an outer air intake 7b to take in the air from outside a cabin, a blower case 2 configured so that air intake parts 7 equipped with changeover doors 8 to open and close the inner air intake 7a and the outer air intake 7b selectively are installed at the driver seat and the front passenger seat, respectively, the motor 4 installed inside the blower case 2 with the output shaft 4a arranged horizontally along the vehicle width direction, centrifugal fans 5 mounted at the two ends 4b and 4c of the output shaft 4a, and a blowing means 3 furnished with a scroll case 6 accommodating the centrifugal fans 5 internally.
