PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure capable of enhancing the utility with less feeling of oppression on an occupant while ensuring the rigidity thereof. SOLUTION: The door structure has a resin panel 7 to close an opening part 6 formed in an inner panel 42 of a door 4 to open/close a door opening 3 formed in a vehicle body 1, and a door trim 9 arranged on the inner side of a vehicle from the resin panel 7. A rib 13 extending along an upper edge of the resin panel and protruded inward of a vehicle is formed in a vicinity of the upper edge 7A of the resin panel 7, and an upper part 9A of the door trim 9 is formed to constitute a storage part 90 above the rib 13.
