PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure traveling/steering stability without complicated control, in case of a range capable of tracing a traveling course by regulating torque transmitted to a tire when a tire diameter difference is generated. SOLUTION: In a vehicle equipped with a driving force distribution controlling means controlling the driving force distribution of at least either one of fore-and-aft wheels or right-and-left wheels, a tire diameter difference detecting means (a step S2) detecting the tire diameter difference of each tire is provided. The driving force distribution controlling means shifts to driving force regulating control (a step 7) regulating tire transmitted driving force when a tire diameter difference detection value becomes not less than a balance threshold value L1 set as a limit value keeping the stability of vehicular behavior (a step 3 to a step S6).
