PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mixing liquids having a simple structure, easy to clean and capable of easily dissolving even hardly soluble substances. SOLUTION: The apparatus for mixing liquids is provided with a receiving plate having a gap between an opening for discharge and the receiving plate at the opening for the discharge of a hopper bottom.
