Polymer e.g. Polypyrrole, electronic circuit, has organic FET linked by conductor lying on level connecting gate electrode of one transistor with bottom electrode of another transistor, and including top and bottom gate structures

The circuit has two organic field-effect transistors (1, 2) connected by a conductor that lies on a geometrical level that connects a gate electrode of one transistors with a bottom electrode of another transistor. An electrical connection between the organic field-effect transistors runs along a geometric level parallel to a substrate. The transistors have top-gate structure and bottom gate structures in an alternative manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an integrated circuit that comprises of organic field-effect transistor.
