The system has a set of seat surface-shell parts adjustable relative to one another, and a cushion filler filled with bulk materials, in which vacuum is produced. The shell parts are extendably connected with one another, and a distance between lateral guiding units (4) and a pad support (5) is changeable together at lateral seat surface edges. The cushion filler has a set of cushions hermitically connected among each other.
