<p>Shift device has gearshift shaft (2), in which shifting finger (1) is provided for each gearshift bar (4) and shifting path. Shifting finger is dimensioned such that differences between the required shifting force which is exerted for shifting the gears, is reduced or minimized. Different shifting forces of the synchronization of the specific shifting path over the different reduction ratio have large balanced assigned forces over the gearshift shaft.</p> |
