<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for selecting playing set data, which enables easy selection of playing set data such as tone color data adapted to a musical piece to be played. <P>SOLUTION: The device for selecting playing set data is provided with a data storage means for storing a plurality of playing set data, a table for storing the correspondence relation between a plurality of names of a plurality of musical pieces and playing set data adapted to playing of the musical pieces and stored in the data storage means, a display means for displaying a list of the names of the musical pieces, a designation means for selecting and designating the name of a musical piece from the list of the names of the musical pieces displayed on the display means, and a setting means for reading out and setting playing set data corresponding to the name of the musical piece designated by the designation means from the data storage means on the basis of the table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
