<p>The present invention relates to a method for transmitting data in the form of at least one modulated reference pulse sequence included in a transmitted signal Tsg. The method according to the invention includes at least one signal transmission step in the course of which the number of pulses included in said reference pulse sequence is tuned, preferably with respect to ongoing communication conditions. The method according to the invention enables to optimize the processing time and power needed for performing the detection of a reference sequence at the receiver end.</p> |
