The delay line has a rotating mirror body whose exterior has at least two reflecting surfaces whereby the partial surfaces are symmetrically arranged at the central point. The center of gravity and the pivot point of the reflector and every partial surface are provided with a changing radius beginning with a minimum radius and at most reaching a maximum radius.
