Method and system for detecting an object

The method involves variable entry surface (11,11') which is used and examined for detecting the object in the range of a geographical region if at least one point of definition (2,3) is appropriate for the marking (1) in the entry surface. The entry surface is varied concerning its position, size and form. An independent claim is also included for the system for detecting objects with a satellite-aided position determining system.
