<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage transformer with small size and sufficient withstanding voltage which can produce two high voltage outputs. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit has a constitution in which two secondary bobbins 12a, 12b are disposed on both sides of a primary bobbin 11 located in a center, a primary coil 4 is wound around the primary bobbin 11, two secondary coils 5a, 5b are wound around the two secondary bobbins 12a, 12b, a primary core 26 of a core having the primary core 26 and two secondary cores 27 is inserted into a core inserting hole 13 of the primary bobbin 11, and the two secondary cores 27 are inserted into core inserting holes 14a, 14b of the secondary bobbins 12a, 12b respectively.
