Air flow regulating device for a ventilation system

The airflow regulator for a ventilation system with a feed duct (11) and an exhaust duct (12) has a flow sensor (13) for the airflow and connector valves (14) for the sensor to reduce an imbalance between the duct pressures. The connector valves selectively connect the sensor with the feed or exhaust ducts. The valves can be three-way power operated valves. The flow sensor can be a hot wire anemometer or a diaphragm pressure detector.
