A projector arranged in the projection chamber continuously, projects the solid state particles (14) of mean particle size not larger than 300 mu m, towards the steel plate (1) arranged at the downstream side of the projector. A cleaner is positioned at the inlet side of the projection chamber, to remove the deposition on the steel plate surface. An independent claim is also included for method for producing metal plate.
