The tie bar (10) has longitudinal extension (L) and tie bar body (14,16). A longitudinal extension is viewed in the surrounding of the tie bar or at least in the side of the tie bar. A flexible zone (18,20) is provided in the surrounding of the tie bar body. The tie bar and the flexible zone are cast integral with the concrete. An independent claim is also included for the concrete part.
