<p>An address information setting method capable of providing communication that satisfies requirements desired by a user or application, by acquiring home agent information, such as the address of a home agent, which is basic information required for activating a mobile IP protocol processing, and then using the home agent information acquired according to the user's instruction to start the mobile IP protocol processing. A mobile terminal wherein the home agent information on the link can be automatically acquired at a timing designated by the user, thereby reducing the user's setting labor and enhancing the convenience.</p> |
