FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for filling liquids into containers made of material whose softening temperature is lower than temperature of filled. Proposed device contains series-connected conveyor for delivery of empty containers filling and sealing machines, sealed containers conveyor, sealed containers cooler, cooled containers conveyor and sprinkling heads of device for cooling outer surfaces of containers starting from beginning of filling to getting into cooler. Cooler is made in form of bath with directed flow of cooling liquid to arranged containers afloat. Water feed branch pipes with nozzles are installed in side walls of bath nozzles are turned to side of outlet end, drain branch pipe is installed in drain zone. Bath is furnished with device for unloading of container made in form of inclined conveyor and guides. ^ EFFECT: reduced possibility of loss of container shape caused by local overheating of wall and simplified design of cooler. ^ 3 dwg |
