FIELD: optical tool-making industry, possible use in receiving optical systems of panoramic optical-electronic devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: system contains axial-symmetric, serially mounted along optical axis, optical panoramic block and micro-channeled plate. Micro-channeled plate has input flat surface and output flat surface. Input surface is mounted on back focal plane of block. Output flat surface is positioned on multi-element radiation receiver. In another variant of realization, system contains axial-symmetric fiber-optic disk with input concave spherical surface. Vertex of surface is positioned in back focal plane of block. ^ EFFECT: increased signal/noise relation, increased resolution and contrast in image of different points of panoramic space, improved technical characteristics of receiving optical system of panoramic optical-electronic device. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
