FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out surgical intervention at the first stage. Micro irrigators are withdrawn through the posterior fornix. Chemotherapy begins in two weeks. Autoplasma chemotherapy is applied with Cyclophophsphan at a dose of 1000 mg/m2 and Carboplatin at a dose of 150 mg/m2 on plasma cleared from cellular elements. Lymphocytes isolated from blood plasma are incubated with 1,2 mg of Proleukin for 24 h and introduced into the abdominal cavity via a micro irrigator at the second day. The specified procedure sequence is repeated every 3 weeks in 4 courses and later on as 6 courses every 6 weeks. ^ EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; reduced adverse toxic side effects.
