FIELD: meat industry, in particular, equipment for defeathering of bird's carcass. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with oval-shaped processing chamber equipped with cover having convex internal surface. Within processing chamber there are rotor with impellent disk having convex surface, rotor drive and flexible fingers arranged in rows along spiral path on inner surface of said chamber and cover and on surface of impellent disk. Convex surface of cover is oriented toward surface of impeller disk and defines in conjunction with the latter curved surface of hyperboloid of revolution. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of end product and reduced consumption of power. ^ 2 dwg |
