FIELD: sewing industry, in particular, equipment for splitting sheet into parts and cutting out of parts. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutting machine has housing with closure, platform with column on which housing is secured, knife with drive and electric engine located within housing. Drive is covered with closure and consists of pendulum-type dynamic damper fixed on electric engine rotor, connecting rod, slide, and two guiding racks. Upper rack of connecting rod is pivotally connected with pendulum-type dynamic damper, and its lower end is pivotally connected to slide. Guiding racks are fixed on housing in parallel with column, and slide is positioned for movement therebetween. Pendulum-type dynamic damper is made in the form of circular disk with two openings provided in end part thereof, at opposite sides of upper end of connecting rod. Column is made in the form of rectangular rod with longitudinal slot. Knife is located in longitudinal slot of column, and its upper end is fixed on slide. Machine is additionally provided with dynamic damper consisting of weight with opening, pin inserted in opening of weight, and two springs. Pin is fixed within closure, perpendicular to column, and springs are located between weight and closure walls. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in damping of housing vibrations owing to creation of additional inertial force facilitating compensation of unbalanced horizontal component of inertial force in drive. ^ 4 dwg |
