FIELD: biotechnological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anaerobic fermentation of manure, energetic biomass, and similar organic substrates. Method envisages providing organic material containing solid and/or liquid fraction and treating this organic material with lime at pressure and temperature between 100 and 220°C, which results in hydrolysis of organic material.
