FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for measuring degree of tension of tissues and of size of hernial gates has two branches connected by hinges, straight fixing needles and measuring spring unit for determining degree of tension of tissues. Branches are parallel to each other; they have working ends curved at angle of 45° to main axis. Fixing needles are disposed in pairs at working ends. Measuring ruler for measuring size of hernial gates, lever fixed at the point of hinge connection and measuring spring unit for measuring degree of tension of tissues, attached to top part of branches and onto handle of lever through rod, are attached to one branch. Pointer is placed onto second branch for movement above the ruler. ^ EFFECT: simultaneous measurement of tension of tissues and of sizes of hernial gates; reduced traumatism; reduced time of surgical operation. ^ 3 dwg |
