The method allows to achieve the high efficiency and ensures output of the high quality products. This achievement It is stipulate by the fact, that the method of production of the products made out of the carbamide foam plastic provides for the preparation of the solution, its foaming and solidification, the foam plastic pill shaping in the mold, the molded pill cutting for the products and their drying. At that in the capacity of the mold they use the set preliminary made out of the detachable bottom plate and at least two arranged on it detachable frames with the windows. The frames are in series placed one on another and their windows are arranged coaxially. Then into the space covered from below by the detachable bottom plate through the coaxially located windows of the frames feed the foaming solution and conduct its foaming, solidification of the solution and molding of the pills simultaneously in the windows of the frames of the mold. The pills cutting into the products conduct after completion of their molding in the mold and along the joint lines of the detachable frames with the subsequent separation of each frame from another, and the last frame - from the detachable bottom plate.
