FIELD: crude oil and oil products storage facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reservoir building and it can be used in making of metal reservoirs for storing crude oil and oil products. Proposed method of making floating roof includes assembling of ring pontoon, fastening central part of flooring to said pontoon, mounting of radial stiffening ribs on flooring, building of water drain. Cover plates of flooring material are fastened on flooring plate to fix discrete deformations of flooring material. Said cover plates are stabilized by forming blown members by short-time delivery of excess pressure into spaces between cover plates and part of flooring under them. Cover plates are fastened on flooring plate uniformly at step not less than (8-10)b where b is maximum size of cover plate or/and on places of expected or revealed deformations of flooring material. Cover plates are fastened on flooring plate before or/and after mounting of roof. ^ EFFECT: prevention of increase in discrete deformations of flooring, leveling up stressed state of flooring of floating roof in service, increased rigidity of flooring. ^ 2 cl 2 dwg |
