FIELD: assembly of track skeletons. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed skeleton assembly line has lift arranged under pack of ties for lifting and lowering of ties, two cutoffs arranged at opposite sides relative to tie pack, cutoff displacement drives to separate lower row of ties from tie pack, cylinders to align ties of one row on lift. Line is furnished also with adjusting device to adjust position of ties in cross and longitudinal directions, lifting rollers table for shifting ties from conveyor onto indexing conveyor, chain conveyor, speed control system of indexing conveyor and chain conveyor and stationary rail placer. ^ EFFECT: increased degree of automation, provision of high capacity, reduced labor input and cost of products at high quality and improved conditions of labor. ^ 34 cl, 3 dwg |
